- Experience with Desktop Support.
- Windows 7 & 10 experience.
- Office 365
- Excellent Customer Service
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of windows, hardware’s and software’s.
- Break / fix experience
- Ticketing Experience (Client uses Service Now Ticketing) Any ticketing experience, Service Now a plus.)
- Basic Networking skills a plus
- Profession and excellent communication.
